Bachelor Of Arts (BA) in International Affairs, Minor Business Administration, with Honours, American University of Rome, Rome, Italy (1989-1993)
Work Experiences:
Valentina lived in the United States , Washington D.C., from 1993 to 1999 and after working mainly as a consultant for several international organisations, including the 'Investor Responsibility Research Center'(IRRC) and the World Bank, Valentina returned to Italy by keeping on combining her interests for the social and business spheres.
In 2003 she co-founded e-volutionS, a non-profit organisation that originally launched Responsibility.TV as its own International Project.
In 2007 she moved to London where she co-founded Responsibility.TV Limited (a Non-profit Limited by Guarantee).
Now Valentina lives between London and Castel Gandolfo (Rome).
Interests and skills: Consultant in Sustainable, Human and Social Development, Poverty Reduction, HIV/AIDS in Developing Countries, Africa, Children's and Women's issues, Peace and Conflict Resolution, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Socially Responsible Investment, Corporate Governance. Valentina has also recently acquired a certificate as (Social Accountability International) SA8000 (CSR) Auditor.

ROBERTO PECCHI

Experiences:
While Roberto's true "hidden" passion is Flying (he is a registered Helicopter Commercial Pilot), here on Planet Earth he has worked in Audio-Visual Production. After several work experiences in the field through his own Delta Production company that he co-founded in Italy with his brother Paolo, Roberto has co-founded e-volutionS and RESPONSIBILITY.TV Limited.
Beside producing industrial documentaries on flight safety such as the one he co-produced for Alitalia, at Responsibility.TV he has been responsible for the production of the majority of the 400 videos that we already produced until today, 200 of which have already been published on our www.responsibility.tv and www.csrtv.co.uk websites.

ROSA RUSSO
Director Responsibility.TV Limited since June 2008
Work Experiences:
Rosa has been working as Producer and Director for more than 15 years on movies/feature films and documentaries. While in London she has been working for a local production company and she has recently joined Responsibility.TV Limited as a Director of the Organisation.
Rosa is currently co-producing and directing Schoolday, a film for International Theatrical release which she had in the heart and "Dream Drawer" for a couple of years. After joining Responsibility.TV she warmly shared it with the existing Responsibility.TV Team and in October 2008 she/we participated to the Raindance Best Pitch Competition at the BAFTA for which she/we won the First PrizeWhile the idea and script originated from Rosa, the together with the rest of Responsibility.TV Team and other contributors the Film is acquiring an even more refined and clear direction/scope.

Beside being an Artist of MANY talents and skill, Lucy is a very creative and inspired website designer and developer. She has created and developed our new Drupal powered Responsibility.TV Portal.

Dr. STELLA PAPADOPOULOU
Country of Origin: Greece
Editor and concept developer. Stella is a Doctor in Molecular Biology and an experienced editor and filmmaker as well. While she has been working for organisations such as BBC, Stella has been assisting Responsibility.TV as editor. She will also be instrumental in developing films and documentaries that will require a scientific background.
She has joined the R.TV team in September 2008.
RACHEL BUCKLE
Country of Origin: UK
While Rachel has been working for organisations such as DEFRA, she has been assisting Responsibility.TV since June 2008 with interviews, organisational and co-ordination tasks.
In particular, Rachel has worked as Production Assistant and Interviewer in our first Short Documentary Series on Sustainability in the Camden Borough: Local Food Growing, whose rough cut has been produced in July 2008 and which is in a final rough cut stage.
Rachel has also been our Representative at the Green Awards 2008 on which she wrote an article for Responsibility.TV and CSR.TV.

WINSTAN WHITTER
Country of Origin: Ghana, AFRICA and London, UK
Director of Photography and Camera Operator.
Winstan has been an experienced Director of Photography for the cinema and television industry for many years.
He has also produced and directed several social and cultural documentaries of his own.
He has recently joined Responsibility.TV to collaborate in the production of documentaries on social and environmental responsibility.

ELISA PEDUTO

Elisa is a professional journalist has recently completed a Master's degree in Environment and Sustainable Development at UCL. She did her thesis on Transition Towns.
She is presently assisting RESPONSIBILITY.TV on a volunteer basis mainly on environmental and sustainable development issues.

GAVIN SHERLOCK

Gavin has been working for several years as Audio-Visual Technician and in particular as (Interactive) Media Technician.
In addition, he has been working as Camera Operator and Sound Assistant for several organisations and companies.
Last but not least, he worked as Media Centre Co-ordinator and Technician at the Natural Science Museum's Dana Centre and for a Financial Television Channel.
Main tasks within Responsibility.TV:
While he has been assisting R.TV as Camera Operator, he will be instrumental in the organisation of interactive/Live events and in the co-ordination of our Media facilities.

Gloria is an experienced Marketing and Business Consultant.

Experiences and Skills: Michelle Maiellaro has experience in the field of audiovisual production and post-production. She has experience in directing and production.
Michelle joined e-volutionS (the organisation that originally initiated Responsibility.TV) in 2007 and she came with us to Toronto for the official launch of RESPONSIBILITY.TV at the AIDS 2006 Conference.
